Rome is such a great conference and Incentive destination but price is often a drawback. Not at the Duke Hotel. Please ask us for a proposal. For September and October bookings the hotel will offer all UK agents 5% extra commission to the normal 8% commission.
The 80-seats "Villa Borghese" Meeting Room is equipped with all basic technical fittings as well as special technology for videoconferences such as ADSL lines. Illuminated by natural light, the Meeting Room has an independent entrance and maintains the same taste for detail as the hotel with comfortable chairs, frescoes with views of Rome and furnishings in delicate shades.
Other meeting rooms are available with a maximum capacity of 70 participants for "Villa Glori" room, 60 for "I Duchi" room and 25 for "Villa Ada" room. The Polo Lounge can host up to 140 guests for conventions, meetings, cocktails and gala dinners.
